Shop online and have premium, authentic Cebu dried fish delivered straight to your door without the wet market hassle. Please read our shipping and delivery guidelines below to ensure a smooth transaction.
Local Same-Day Delivery (Cebu City & Talisay City)
We offer fast, same-day door-to-door delivery exclusively for addresses within Cebu City and Talisay City.
Cut-Off Time: To qualify for same-day delivery, your order and payment verification must be completed by 12:00 PM (Noon).
Orders placed and confirmed after 12:00 PM will automatically be scheduled for delivery the following day.
Delivery slots are subject to availability and rider assignment.
Nationwide Shipping (Outside Cebu City & Talisay City)
For orders outside our local same-day delivery zones (including provincial Cebu, the rest of Visayas, Luzon, and Mindanao), we ship via J&T Express.
Ship-Out Cut-Off Time: Orders paid and confirmed by 12:00 PM (Noon) will be handed over to J&T Express on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped out the next day.
Estimated Transit Times (via J&T Express):
Within Visayas: 1 to 5 Days
Outside Visayas (Luzon & Mindanao): 3 to 7 Days
Delivery Address & Receiving Your Order
Address Accuracy: CraveBuwad will endeavor to check the validity of the delivery address registered on the site. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to input the exact and correct delivery address and contact number upon checkout.
Change of Address: In case of a change in your delivery address or contact information, please edit your account before checking out. A change in delivery address is no longer possible once the order has been dispatched.
Unreachable Customers: If the delivery address is not accessible or the delivery rider cannot reach you upon arrival, you must provide an alternative receiving arrangement immediately. Failure to take or accept our rider’s call will result in a failed delivery and may entail an additional delivery fee for re-routing or re-delivery.
Cancellations & Delays
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact our hotline immediately. You have the right to cancel provided that your order has not yet been processed or handed over to our local rider or J&T Express. Once dispatched, the order is considered final.
Unforeseen Delays: CraveBuwad and our courier partners will make every effort to deliver your products within the promised timeframe. However, we will NOT be held liable for any delays caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, heavy traffic, transportation strikes, or third-party courier system issues.
